The business operations of software companies belonging to Accountor Group will be organised into a single division. The companies will remain independent and serve their clients as a more integrated group.
Accountor Group provides businesses and government entities with outsourced financial and human resources management services, as well as management and business software solutions. Software companies belonging to the Group include Mepco Oy, ProCountor International Oy, Pretax Plan Oy, and Pretax Velho Oy.
The business group will harmonise its operations by organising the software companies to form a single division. The four companies will continue operations as independent entities under their own names and operate together under the name Accountor Group Software Division.
Markku Pekkola, Managing Director of Mepco Oy, has been appointed as director of the new division and a member of Accountor Group’s executive group. Pekkola will continue to serve as Mepco’s managing director and on the Board of Directors of the other companies.
Under a common name and management, the companies will intensify their co-operation in sales, marketing, and customer service. Clients will have access to a one-stop shop offering more comprehensive solutions and services for customer relationship and stakeholder management, enterprise resource planning, electronic financial management, payroll accounting, work-shift planning, and human resources management.

Accountor Group Software Division’s budgeted turnover for 2012 is approximately 22 million euros. The division has approximately 4,000 clients and almost 200 employees.
