Finland’s first business city Ideapark will entrust its financial
administration services to the Pretax Group. The outsourcing will allow
Ideapark to enhance its financial and payroll administration
significantly and to improve its business management. Pretax will look
after the entire financial and payroll administration of Ideapark in
the future. The Pretax real estate service package includes outsourcing
services for basic financial administration processes and financial
control services. Pretax experts regularly analyse the economic
situation of Ideapark and report on its real estate capital income and
the financial standing of its investments. Pretax experts support the
business development of Ideapark from an economic perspective.
Pretex will also provide Ideapark with the most advanced
financial administration applications, including electronic handling of
supplier invoices, automated rental invoicing and Internet-based
reporting.
“The expertise and experience Pretax has, particularly in
providing outsourcing services in real estate financial administration,
was the deciding factor for the cooperation,” says Timo Laine, Managing
Director of Ideapark. “Versed in financial administration solutions for
the real estate field, Pretax can offer the optimum methods and
applications for Ideapark’s financial control and reporting. As the
largest operator in the field, Pretax is also well based for developing
further solutions.”
“We have invested heavily in business area know-how and
developed business area specific solutions to be able to support our
clients as well as possible in their decision-making. I am very pleased
that Ideapark, a front-runner in its field, chose us as its partner,”
says Tero Salminen, Consulting Director, Pretax.
