Accountor Group International Trainee program Summer 2008

The Accountor Group is the largest financial management services company in Northern Europe. With 1500 employees, we serve 15,000 clients in seven countries.

To accelerate our international growth we will conduct the second Accountor Group International Trainee Program during the summer 2008, starting on June 2nd, and ending on August 8th. The students and graduates recruited for the program will analyze the financial services market in selected countries around the world and help to identify and select potential business partners. The trainees will work in teams of two members carrying out a desk and a field study on the allocated countries. The field study focuses on interviewing identified contacts as well as deepening the acquired information. Each team will be tutored by a member of the Globalization Office, the Accountor Group department responsible for the internationalization strategy.

As a member of our International Trainee Program your responsibilities will include:

  • Gather market information
  • Identify, contact and prioritize potential business partners
  • Produce reports on the results for the management board

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Completed or ongoing master level studies and an excellent academic record
  • Fluency in English
  • Good command of another language (other than Nordic languages) is greatly appreciated
  • International experience
  • Energetic, positive and objective-driven personality and distinctive interpersonal skills (team fit)
  • Good understanding of financial management and accounting is preferred
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to have fun!
